Terms and Conditions

1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed on Zidrop are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Your order is only confirmed when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of insufficient stock or pricing errors.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without prior notice before order confirmation.
 Full payment is required at the time of ordering, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
 Delays in payment may result in delays in shipment or order cancellation.

3. Delivery

 We aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide an estimated delivery time; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
 The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Please notify us of any damaged or missing items within 3 business days of receipt.

4. Cancellations and Returns

 Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging are possible, subject to prior approval, within 14 days of the delivery date.
 Certain products (e.g., sterile or custom-made items) are non-returnable for hygiene or regulatory reasons.
 The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
A restocking fee may be applied for approved returns.

5. Defective or Damaged Goods

 Please inspect your goods upon delivery.
Report any defects, damages, or missing items within 3 business days.
We may require evidence or the return of the defective goods before issuing a refund or replacement.

6. Title and Risk

Title to the goods passes to you only after we have received full payment.
 Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.
 Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the goods.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, pandemics, or supplier failures.

9. Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your information.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Zidrop’s registered office in Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
